• Free shipping on orders of CA$120 or more to most Canadian addresses

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day

  • Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days of delivery

    Shipping

    Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of CA$120 or more to most Canadian addresses. Orders under CA$120 have a shipping charge, which you’ll see in your cart before you pay.

Because shipping to some areas costs us considerably more, free shipping isn’t available to [remote areas, e.g. Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote postal codes]. These orders have a shipping charge, which is shown at checkout as soon as you enter your postal code.

The CA$120 is worked out after any discount code is applied. For example, a CA$125 order with a CA$10 discount comes to CA$115, so a shipping charge applies.

    Delivery times

We make every effort to deliver Goods that are in stock on a next working day service for orders placed before 12 noon, but it can take 5 – 10 working days of the order being placed.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched. The email will include tracking details and an estimated delivery date, along with any reasons for a delay.

    On the day

Orders are delivered by a third-party carrier. If you won’t be home, you can add delivery instructions when you place your order and we’ll pass them on to the carrier.

    Missed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed and the carrier returns your order to us, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it to you again. If you request a refund instead, the cost of returning the order to us will be deducted from your refund.

    Cancelling after dispatch

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

    Problems with your delivery

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know about any missing, damaged or incorrect items as soon as possible, so we can put things right quickly.

    Returns

Rebound Fitness aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, Goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by our Terms and Conditions and are summarized below for your convenience. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.

    Wrong item received

If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return at our cost. You can choose to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method you used. Refunds and replacements will be issued once we receive the returned Goods.

    Damaged or faulty items

If any Goods are damaged in transit or have faults when they are delivered to you, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Many minor faults can be fixed quickly by sending you a spare part, and we’ll offer this where we can. If you would rather return the Goods, we will arrange the return at our cost and refund the full price you paid, including any shipping charge, through the payment method you used.

    Faults under warranty

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, we will send a replacement component part under the terms of the warranty.

    Changed your mind

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, then return the Goods within 14 days of telling us. Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging. If an item has been used or handled more than is needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. DVDs can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will refund the price of the Goods and any standard shipping charge you paid within 14 days of receiving them back.

    How to return something

If you wish to return Goods to Rebound Fitness for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the Contact Us page on www.rebound.fitness to make the appropriate arrangements. Please don’t send Goods back without contacting us first, so we can give you the correct return address.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
