Why do Celebrities Love Rebounding so much?

So what makes Rebounding the fitness regime that celebrities just don’t want to give up? And what could Rebounding regularly do for you?

So how does it work? Well, the heavier you are, the more calories your body burns during exercise. Unlike trampolining where the aim is to put as much distance between your feet and the trampoline’s surface in slow jumping movements, while Rebounding the emphasis is a higher tempo movement of the lower body as well as the downward push through the balls of the feet staying close to the jumping area. 2. It’s a Natural Detox

The Lymphatic System is a network of tubes & lymph nodes that form an important part of the immune system. It helps to rid the body of toxins, fight bacteria & other infections and kill cancer cells.

The tubes that make up the Lymphatic System branch through the body like the veins & arteries of the Circulatory System. However unlike the Circulatory System which is pumped by the heart, the lymphatic system has no circulatory pump of its own and relies on physical exercise and movement to propel lymph fluids throughout your body.

Rebounding for just 15 minutes a day stimulates the Lymphatic System unlike conventional exercise due to the G-Forces & pressure changes created while bouncing.
