Shipping

    Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of AU$120 or more to most Australian addresses. Orders under AU$120 have a shipping charge, which you’ll see in your cart before you pay.

Because delivery to some areas costs us considerably more, free shipping isn’t available to some regional and remote postcodes, including parts of the Northern Territory, Western Australia, Far North and Western Queensland, Far North South Australia, Far West New South Wales, Kangaroo Island, Lord Howe and Norfolk Islands, and the Bass Strait islands. These orders have a shipping charge, which is shown at checkout as soon as you enter your postcode.

The AU$120 is worked out after any discount code is applied. For example, an AU$125 order with an AU$10 discount comes to AU$115, so a shipping charge applies.

    Delivery times

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched. The email will include tracking details and an estimated delivery date, along with any reasons for a delay.

    On the day

Orders are delivered by a third-party courier. If you won’t be home, you can add delivery instructions when you place your order and we’ll pass them on to the courier.

    Missed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed and the courier returns your order to us, you are responsible for the cost of sending it to you again. If you request a refund instead, the cost of returning the order to us will be deducted from your refund.

    Cancelling after dispatch

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

    Problems with your delivery

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know about any missing, damaged or incorrect items as soon as possible, so we can put things right quickly.

    Returns

Rebound Fitness aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, Goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by our Terms and Conditions and are summarised below for your convenience.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Wrong item received

If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a return at our cost. You can choose to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method you used. Refunds and replacements will be issued once we receive the returned Goods.

    Damaged or faulty items

If any Goods are damaged in transit or have faults, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the problem is a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement. If it’s a minor problem, we may fix it, often quickly by sending you a spare part, or replace the item. Where a return is needed, we will arrange it at our cost.

    Faults under warranty

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, we will send a replacement component part under the terms of the warranty. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Changed your mind

We’re happy to accept change-of-mind returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, then return the Goods within 14 days of telling us. Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging. If an item has been used or handled more than is needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. DVDs can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will refund the price of the Goods within 14 days of receiving them back.

    How to return something

If you wish to return Goods to Rebound Fitness for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the Contact Us page on www.rebound.fitness to make the appropriate arrangements. Please don’t send Goods back without contacting us first, so we can give you the correct return address.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
