Rebound Cardio Moves

The cardio moves Rebound Fitness have chosen for this section are based around some functional movement and every day ‘life patterns’ that are designed to comprehensively challenge our muscular skeletal systems to ensure you achieve a very balanced full body workout.

Most of the cardio sections use high intensity work followed by lower intensity (recovery periods) providing a positive physiological stress on our cardiopulmonary systems and thus strengthening and improving our cardiovascular system.

As with any exercise good form and exercise execution is fundamental for getting the best from your rebounding workout.

Its important to remember that rebounding is a very specific exercise so you must build up cardio sections progressively and always after a thorough warm up.
