It is important that your participants are wearing appropriate clothing for Rebound exercise:
- Standard gym/workout clothing (breathable, non-restrictive)
- Sports bra / athletic supporter (use your judgment)
- Tights or shorts; any type of lower body piece that is NOT loose around the ankles like long baggy tracksuit bottoms
- Wear a cross training shoe with a stiff mid sole
- Avoid tying shoes too tightly to combat the increase in circulation in the feet. You will feel this exercise in your feet!
