Choice of music is personal. The type of music you choose is up to you and needs to be appropriate to the class participants.
We suggest the following:
- 128 – 134 BPMs (beats per minute)
- Use music with a driving beat (to bounce to!)
- Ensure clear and precise cueing and your voice is audible over the music.
- Avoid using music that you must “mix” in the middle of class.
Please ensure you have appropriate licencing for the music you are playing. Remember that the Rebound Fitness membership has licence free music for you to use.
