This move is great to optimise the amount of push (G Force) you can create using both feet simultaneously.  Some older participants may remember it as the “spotty dog”.

With right leg and left arm forward, left leg and right arm backwards, you jump and push into the mat with both feet at the same time and the challenge is to push as hard as you can.

Start with a double bounce and then move to single bounces to provide further challenge.
