Forward Jump

With the Forward Jump the arms and legs both move forward to the front of the mat surface and then both move backwards to the back of the mat surface.
With this move you will often find that participants look down at their feet – don’t let them! The move is used to explore the amount of mat surface that participants have to work with.
It can be done with feet together in the middle of the mat, which is more challenging, or with feet hip distance apart which is recommended for the beginner.
