This move is performed in the middle of the rebounder with the feet, ankles and knees pressed together so the legs are tight together and in a straight line. Imagine that your knees are holding onto a £100 or $100 note! This is really challenging on your adductor muscles.
As you are bouncing with your legs in the centre of the rebounder, you push your arms away above your head at the same time as you push down in to the mat surface This is a very strong move and very effective for upper and lower body extremities. And of course, your core/torso muscles which tie your arms and legs together!
In this stance you will create maximum G-Force. Often participants struggle to maintain this at first – it is much harder to bounce away from the mat surface. As an Instructor, pay attention to this move so that you execute it 100%.
