Rotation is a life movement pattern. The quarter turn is a great move to help participants learn directional change on the rebounder.
Arms are chest height with the elbows out and hands are either in a fist or flat. Lift the chest and keep you head straight. Feet are positioned on the outer edges of the rebounder mat surface.
Then you simply bounce for 8 counts and then on the last bounce you turn 90 degrees and bounce for 8 further counts before returning to the centre and repeat in the opposite direction.
As the participants become comfortable with the direction change then the number of repeats can reduce to 4, 2 etc
