This move provides a further cardiovascular challenge and requires use of arms and legs simultaneously.

Start with a base jump move, then with the arms pretend that you are holding a skipping rope and with each bounce circle the arms as though you are turning a skipping rope.  Keep the arms high and wide – it is not a flick of the wrist type of move!

You can challenge the participants further by introducing heel digs whilst skipping, high knee jogging whilst skipping etc.
