Jodie has been in the fitness industry since 2002 working as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness instructor and Tutor. Jodie’s aim is to encourage people of all ages and fitness levels to get active, be active and stay active. Having used rebounding for years as part of her own training and with her previous and current clients, the rebounder has become an important piece of equipment incorporated in several of her programmes and projects.
