- Workout 1: HIIT Power Bounce; The ultimate muscle burn. Super energetic cardio burst interspersed with resistance exercises making this the ultimate challenge. Targeting upper and lower body muscles groups with a major emphasis on core and the torso. This workout will increase your endurance and power and provide a fantastic calorie burn. Use with our weighted gloves for added resistance. 30 mins.
- Workout 2: HIIT Kick Box Rebound; This high energy exhilarating rebound combat workout is brilliantly choreographed combining kickboxing, Muay Thai and boxing techniques along with HIIT cardio bursts making the workout very challenging but super effective. Developing upper and lower body power with a huge emphasis on strengthening core and torso muscles. This workout is best completed wearing our special weighted gloves for extra resistance. - Workout 3: HIIT Resistance & Cardio; Designed using tried and tested HIIT principles this workout is super challenging when performed on any of our very low impact, indoor fitness trampolines and will improve cardiovascular and lung efficiency whilst also increasing strength. Increase the intensity by using our weighted gloves for extra resistance. Workout duration: 25 mins
