Online Instructor Training (Studio course + rebounder)

Join the Rebound FIT Team by doing the course, online, from the comfort of your home.

The course comes with a choice of rebounder – the Pro Gym spring rebounder model or the Maximus Pro Bungee rebounder model is suitable for group classes (depending on your preference) or the folding Fit Bounce Pro is suitable for those who need to regularly transport the rebounder to clients.  You will be emailed a link to register for the course and receive your online access details.

CIMSPA endorsed for 10 CPD’s, the online course is structured into a number of lessons that need to be completed making it super easy to complete around your other work and family commitments.

You will learn about the amazing science and researched health benefits behind rebounding, how to execute correct, safe and effective rebound techniques in a class format, and how to progress and adapt your class to keep your clients bouncing week after week and join our Instructor membership to access lots of ongoing support to keep your rebounding skills, knowledge and choreography up to date.
