Rebound Fitness is re-introducing an exciting, high intensity, high energy low impact exercise. Based on our specially designed Pro Rebounders, our versatile programmes can be incorporating into Group Exercise classes, Circuit classes, 1:1 personal training and rehabilitative settings. The Rebound Fitness Pro Rebounders and workouts will challenge and develop your clients’ cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, balance, co-ordination and proprioception with quite astonishing results. As an Instructor, you will experience Low Impact, High Intensity Training (LIHIT) which will take your all-round fitness to a new level and also help to prolong your teaching career.
The Rebound Fitness programme has been designed by James Winfield (Strength & Conditioning coach, C.H.E.K. practitioner and co-founder of Rebound Fitness) and he is supported in delivering training courses by our Master Trainer Vikki Gamblen.
Traditional Rebounding is a safe, effective and fun low impact workout performed on a high quality mini-trampoline (a rebounder). Research into rebounding has proven many amazing health benefits including; burning 100s of calories, melting body fat, stimulating lymphatic drainage, activating deep core muscles and strengthening bones and joints. Rebounding or Bounce workouts are achievable for everyone and appeal to a broad audience. Our Rebounders and workouts are designed to help participants burn calories, strengthen and tone their body and enjoy working out. It’s time to put the FUN back into GETTING FIT.
In this training programme you will learn about how to choose a high quality Pro Rebounder/Mini-trampoline, the amazing science/research behind the health and fitness benefits, the correct Rebounding technique, a variety of key rebounding moves and how to increase and progress the intensity of these exercises, how to build exciting workouts of your own (supported by 100s of workouts available in our online video membership), how to encourage inactive people back into exercise, how to market/create rebounding classes and how to build your own successful rebounding business (or ensure that your rebounding fitness classes are the most popular in your gym or community!).
The Rebound Fitness team continues each day to refine and improve on the program. Our hope is that this sustained innovation will enable Rebounding to be available to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or whether a gym member or exercising in the community or at home.
Our training course is REPS certified in the UK and we are in the process of putting the course through REPS certification in the USA and ACE certification.
Ideally Instructors will have a minimum of L2 Gym qualification and/or Exercise to music in order to be eligible for the REPS CPD credits.
On application we can certify people who don’t have these qualifications and we will assess how the Instructor wishes to use their rebound qualification to assess suitability and it will be contingent on them passing their Assessment. Please contact us to discuss.
