2. Our Company

Rebound Fitness is made up of two different legal entities:

Maximus Life Ltd (registered in the UK 8829543)

3. When do we collect personal data about you?

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We collect information about you to process your enquiry, or your order, manage your account, deliver any services to you, and contact you about Rebound Fitness products and services we think may be of interest to you.

• Other information relevant to instructor training registration, customer surveys, competitions and/or offers

We do not collect or store financial data through our website. At the point of payment you are transferred to a secure page on the website (currently Paypal or Stripe). This page may reflect our logo but is not controlled by us and our staff and sub-contractors have no direct access to it.

We use your information collected from the website to process your query/order and to personalise your repeat visits to our website. See the section on Cookies below.

5. Data specifically related to Instructor Training

We collect information about you so that we can process your application for certified Rebound Fitness Instructor Training or Rebound Fitness Presenter/Master Trainer.

Processing your application means:

• understanding your suitability for specific training course you have applied to register for
• understanding the skills, experience, and knowledge you already have and confirming that these meet the course pre-requisites
• we use software to manage your personal information, and these applications are only accessible by authorised staff
• we will only provide your personal information to a company outside Rebound Fitness when you have given us specific permission to do so

6. Third Parties

We use third-party companies to carry out some tasks in accordance with our instructions. For example, we use a call handling service provider to handle initial enquiries that come to us via telephone and/or via email, an email software provider, delivery company for delivery of purchased items, digital marketing and SEO, third-party accounting firm, third -party payment gateway to take secure payments for orders and subscription, Amazon and eBay.

This information provided by Rebound Fitness to these third-party companies is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. Any data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that Rebound Fitness requests. We regularly review these third-party companies to check they comply/conform with the latest data privacy regulations.

You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time. To do this, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the communication, or email us at privacy@rebound.fitness. 7. Advertising, marketing and your communications preferences

We would like to send you information about Rebound Fitness products and services which may be of interest to you. This may be through email or post, social media, phone or through meeting us face-to-face. We will keep information about you gathered through marketing contact so that we can process your enquiry, or your order, manage your account, deliver any services to you, and contact you in future about Rebound Fitness products and services we think may be of interest to you.

• Your job title and scope of responsibilities as it relates to Rebound Fitness
• The contact details of the company that you represent
• Information about the situation at your employer or company as it relates to Rebound Fitness

8. Data Retention

We have an appropriate retention policy. We will archive supplier and customer records held in our system after 6 years. These records are not deleted but kept in a secure server storage where we will be able to retrieve them, if required.

In addition to our regular archiving process, you can have your record archived earlier, if you wish. To do this, email us at privacy@rebound.fitness.

Rebound Fitness will continue to review the effectiveness of this policy on at least an annual basis, and more frequently if required, taking into account changes in the law and organisational or security changes.

9. Access to & updating your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the following address: privacy@rebound.fitness.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

We use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

12. Change of business ownership & control

Rebound Fitness may, from time to time, expand or reduce its businesses and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided to us will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the data for the purpose for which it was supplied by you.
